Good for a cheap hotel, but not great if you're trying to meet anyone or have a nice place to hang out while not exploring the city. Relatively clean; good hot water.

This is a very comfortable hotel/hostel with good Wi-fi, Cable, air conditionings and hot water. Very good value for the money. Staff very helpful and pleasant. I\'ve been here a week and will probably stay a while longer.

I don´t understand why anyone will think this place is gross. The rooms are very clean and room looks renovated. Good size rooms, nice shower, quite classie for $25 double room. Location isn´t ideal but close to the sea and to the nicer part of Panama city, walking distance. 24 hour recpetion, I was surprised of how nice the rooms are. I read the reviews and expecte something bad. Very recommended and best value for money.

This place is GROSS! there are SEVERAL hotels around the same block, for the same price which are much much cleaner and more comfortable. We had an issue with bugs in our room, had to be moved and finally requested a refund. We ended up cutting our stay at this hotel shorter than planned. We stayed around the corner at Cancun Residencial -$25 for a double room, clean and comfortable, plasma tv, private bathroom. no wifi. next door is $33, with wifi. not found on the internet- you must go look.

This hotel has constant short term room traffic and is in the middle of nowhere. There isn´t even a shop nearby at night and whether the couples coming in are genuine or not it does´t feel like a place you should be when traveling. I think we were the only overnight guests. I´m not sure why this is on hostel world.

We booked for three days and extended the stay. This is a great area just a couple blocks off the Pacific. There a wide range of restaurnats in the neighborhood. We found the acomodations a value at $30 dollars since, PC hotels are very expensive $100 -$ 300 / Night. The room had a very comfortable king bed, AC worked fine, and small flat screen TV. The hotel is older but clean. We were walking distance along the promanade to Casco Vijo and the Uraguay restraunt / bar district.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Cibeles. Well worth the money!! Good central location, friendly staff, secure, and tidy w/ hot water. As an added bonus they pick you up w/ a free shuttle from the airport!! Can\'t beat that!! Will definitely stay there again on my next trip into Panama before heading to other areas!! :))
