Hotel Rich Rome Reviews

That's not really an hotel: there are some hotel-rooms in a common flat on the 3rd floor of a building. Quite difficult to find as it doesn't look like an hotel and has 3 different names. Very weird. I booked 3 rooms for a group of 10 people and when we arrived, the man at the reception told us that our rooms were not in that building but in an flat 10 minutes by walk. It was a small flat without separated rooms and with only 9 beds, not the 3 rooms and the 10 beds I booked. And no breakfast...

The service is not good. The rooms are not clean and there is no safety in the hostel. (When we were leaving the hotel, nobody was in the reception for almost 30 minutes).

my friends and I arrived late at night to the address, near Roma termini, which turned out to be not a very nice place at night. we were told that there are no rooms in hostel Rich, even though we booked it online, however we were escorted (via metro) to another location by a nice member of the staff, that turned out to be much much better. (dream world or something like that). it was great, but i can't tell if it will be the same in hotel rich, since i didn't get to see the room
