Disappointed with: No Air Con, No Fans No TV - Was told hotel hadn't paid for the service to the provider Fridge struggled to keep anything cold which was difficult when I relied on daily medication which needed to be kept refidgerated. Meals - very limited selection off menu in restaurant actually available

A great hotel, perfetly located. Good helpful staff, and facilities open 24Hrs. Would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Staff were difficult to deal with when it came to changing dates of our stay. Sent multiple emails before arriving with absolutely no response. On arrival it took multiple meetings with several people before we met some who could confirm what we required. No free wifi. Toilet in our room stank, air conditioning was hopepless. Aside from being close to a metro stop there is nothing else near by that is worth seeing of eating at.

The building was very nice and the staff were generally helpful. Only complaint is that when we were leaving early (before breakfast started) one morning for a ferry the staff wouldn't pre-pack any breakfast for us, even though we had paid for it.

Good location, close to subway and hop on, hop off bus tour pick-up. The guy that runs it is very well informed about where to find great eating for dinner and dessert. Had to pay for internet though :(

Staff were extremely rude upon arrival, and they do not take card payment, which was not stated on the booking confirmation, or the hotel's page. Room was very basic, and air conditioner did not work. Area is not very safe, would not recommend going out after dark.

Our team booked this hotel for 2 nights. After we paid and checked in, we found that air condition was broken. (And our room only has one aisle window.) We asked for changing room and they told that central air was broken. So we asked for refund because they should provide air condition as in the website of hostelworld. They told us that "Who cares Hostelworld? And it's not my fault so we don't take any responsibility. If you want to go, go" Finally we decided to go and waste our money.

Very simple but perfect for what we needed, a clean and safe room with a bathroom and Hotel Rio delivered this which was great.
