We booked one of the 2 options for a 3 bed room & on arrival were told the hotel did not have 3 bed rooms. Staff were resistant to finding a solution and blamed their agency. In the end we were give a 3 bed house style room which was part of the hotel. A good result but only after arguing with staff. The hotel is located on the windy side of the island so for our 3 night stay there were few times where sitting by the pool was pleasant, let alone swimming.
