Very nice staff. One of them speaks fairly good English and gave us a free map of Vina del Mar and recommended places to see. Since my boyfriend and I are backpacking we have things like shampoo and conditioner but just letting others know that they donīt provide that, just soap, so bring your own! Nice hot showers in the morning (my boyfriend had a cold afternoon shower...). Pretty good place to stay.Very nice staff. Most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in. It was very old and dipped horribly in the center. For a hotel I was surprised that they do not take credit cards. This means huge ATM fees are required to pay for the room. I tried to pay for the room using a bill with a small tear in the corner (received from a Chilean bank) and the hotel refused. They were not understanding or helpful at all. Im a Chilean resident, Ive stayed in many hostels/hotels here, this is by far the worst Ive stayed in.Most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in.
