+ good value + good service, breakfast and coffee + cleanliess + the guy on the reception was great - poor location (it looked so dangerous by night) - our rooms were in the basement in front of the marsh (not mentioned and to see on any picture) - the young lady on the reception had poor english skills - parking taxes are not included in price (10 Eur per night)
