Hotel Rossija Reviews

Well, this hostel is located in the red light district. It's super close to the train station, literally one block away. There are always a bunch of people out late at night, so I didn't feel unsafe. The man working at the front desk had a "coke nail"... it seemed a bit sketchy, but my sister and I didn't encounter any problems. The hostel didn't have any "character" ... it was pretty plain. It's fine for one night in the city, especially if you need to wake up early to be at the train station.

Good Hostel. Mussel Strasse is a liitle bit strange street, with so many mini casinos and erotic shows. Not bad.

Well, Don't use my review for an example of what the facilities were like. My flight was canceled so i could not stay at this hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation, through the Hotel, but they said i had to cancel through Hostelworld.com. I tried to cancel on Hostelworld.com but it said i had to cancel directly with the hotel. So i don't know which it was, and i spent about $200 on a room i did not stay in, wasn't even in Germany.

A small hotel very close to the HBF and on the edge of the red light district. Very clean, fresh towels and room cleaning each day. Super breakfast, clean lobby and rooms. Hotel is located off the street and you are not bothered by any street scene. I would go back.
