All in all stay was ok. good points: free wifi, microwave in room, Tv in room (monitor small but with USB etc capability) after half time of stay also a fridge was provided. also washing basin in room. not so good points: toilet halfway on stairs, not always provided with toilet payer. quite clairaudient esp. at night. also noisy from the outside and late parties from the neighbors opposite side of the road on weekend. also the staff was nice but had limited English knowledge.

My review is not about this Hotel but about H. Saint Sebastien. I made my reservation in Royal Mad but they contact me to change it to Saint Sebastien which is from the same owners, same price plus free breakfast. Although the character is awful and the staff don't speak english, comparing it to other hotels in Paris this one is great. You cannot find in Paris many hotels for 30eur per person in a double room with breakfast included. They could just improve so much visiting Ikea for curtains...
