there are pests on the pillows and bed sheets, i was seriously bitten, my neck and back is all itchy and with swollen bumps..... atmosphere of the room is like a haunted house

Good for the price and the location was not that bad.. maybe 25 min of walk from the center. But overall it's pretty basic and a bit boring

Excellent hotel. Clean, nice rooms, WiFi, good breakfast...the only downside at all is the location. It's 2km from any of the sights, 3km from the train station and on the 3rd floor of a building that houses another hotel and a hostel.

It's not a 3 stars hotel like said on hostelworld, and when arrived they said they wouldn't accept credit cards, with the "excuse" that the machine was broken, and told us to go somewhere to get the money on the ATM. I knew it was not true because it happened before in other hostels, they don't want to pay the credit card comission. I had to argue and in the end they told me they would "try" next morning. Obviously it was working. Not honest, i don't like to argue when i'm on vacation.

The Hotel Royal Milan was execellent!!! Tha man in reception has always been very friendly and has helped us advising which places are interesting, where we could have dinner, which bus we had to take to go to the centre. The hotel is located 15 min in bus from the duomo.
