They lied to me telling me that my payment by card was rejected and they sent me to another hotel- hotel du congress. When i checked my bank statements the money had got debited from my account. I guess this was their plan of sending innocent people to hotel du congress. But luckily my stay at hotel du congress was pleasant.

For the location and the price this is a great place. The breakfast included in the room was a big plus. This is a perfect place to stay if you're on a budget and you don't want to stay in a hostel.

It was a pretty average cheap hotel, nothing special, though the breakfast was great. I did find some hairs that belonged to someone else on the duvet/ comforter cover, which was a bit gross.

Impeccably clean, comfortable twin room with bathroom, perfect for one night to crash quietly in Brussels (though Brussels is pretty boring itself!). I had a late flight so took a taxi there from Midi (12 euros), and glad I did because the streets were totally deserted and dark. The staff provided the door code and left my key on the desk -- so easy. Breakfast was only toast and cereal, but sufficient to start the day. Convenient from the metro in daylight, but not much surrounding Madou.

It was great value for money but it could be better. There was trouble with the elevator and the location is not the greatest.

Hotel Sabina was an excellent place for us. It is very clean, has friendly staff and provide a very good breakfast. For this price I definitely recommend it for people who want to stay in Brussels. The only problem that we had was for getting to the hotel from Midi train station. As hotel is relatively far from this train station I do not recommend you to walk unless you have a proper map. You can either take Metro or Taxi.

I liked much it's quietness at night to have a hasslefree sleep. Unfortunately the buses & trams went for a strike but I could walk back easily to the hotel as it's very near to the heart of the city. Although I didn't liked it's breakfast menu, I think 45 Euro/night is well justified cost to have a pleasant night stay after a busy day out at Brussels.

I think it was quite good for it's price. The staff was really helpful. We had breakfast included, WiFi was free. The location is close to the city center(almost at the city center actually) So I can definetely recommend it.

Well situated and reasonably cheap. WiFi was not so good but with a little amount of patience you can survive. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

The hotel was very dirty . Covers and rugs were stained. A few of the beds, when you pulled back the covers, there were little black hairs on the sheets. I assume that meant they hadn't been washed. One of our rooms didn't have a mattress, but instead had a box springs with covers stacked up to look like a mattress. My bathroom was clean, but some of my students complained that there's wasn't. On a positive note: the wifi worked well, and it is very close to the metro stop.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The hotel had fast wifi and offered a hearty breakfast every morning. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the main square. Overall, it was a great place and I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was ok. Main staff member was hostile and rude when asked for help. Others were really lovely. Our "double" bed had two singles pushed together and they slid apart. I fell between them when sleeping. Room was dark poorly laid out, very basic and not well maintained. The toilet door didn't really shut. There is not parking, we had to pay to extra to garage our car in the hotel. Breakfast was basic but made the hotel worth while - breads, cereals, cheeses juice and coffee.

We stayed for 4 nights. And out of 4 we had no heating for 3 days. Also even though stated on the Hotel's homepage we could not connect to the Wifi in our room.
