The location was totally ok and it was easy to get to the city centre. I believe though, that there were bed fleas as I looked as if I had been bitten by a colony of insects. They really need to clean the mattresses. The elevator though was out of order, as others have already indicated and my impression was that it would not be repaired any soon.

There were tons of bed bugs in the room! We couldn't sleep throughout our whole stay. The hotel is really dirty and there are broken things everywhere. We went to the reception to complain about the bedbugs and they gave us a different room with broken lights, no curtains and more bedbugs. We requested to be transferred to another hotel and they offered again to change us to another room. The sheets are stained with blood from the death bed bugs... The whole place should be fumigated. Disgusting

The wi-fi must be at room. The staff isn't organized.

Very helpful and friendly staff, would stay again.

The room wasn't very clean - the table was all sticky and there was some kind of dust on the sheets. The water tap was falling off (although it was working :)). The dishes at breakfast was dirty. However, the staff in the reception were nice and the location is good.

If you don't mind walking or getting the metro in to the very centre then this is a great location. The lift was still broken and I doubt there were any plans to get it fixed. 24/7 desk was very useful for our arrival in the early hours of the morning however the man on the desk claimed that my card didnt work (I saw the confirmation on the machine screen) and had to be persuaded to give me my copy of the receipt... was all worked out but hassle. noisy at night but good street.
