Dirty room as soon as I opened window, all the dust from under the bed went out. Many cockroaches, stains on wall, water from WC not flushing, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned for a LONG time! Nosy receptionist who asked why during 1 night I didn't sleep there, who I was with and what did I do! Web charging depending of his humour. Very rude, arrogant. At arrival, woman couldn't read properly and asked me why visa was outdated (it was issuing date). Had to pay at arrival too.

The womens dorm was clean and neat, but I got little sleep because of the party next door, which made my bed shake til 2am and then, the location by the kitchens meant banging and slamming of doors after the party had ended. Also, at 8am, there was a knock on my door and I had to get up and let a woman in to use my bathroom! I was not impressed by this at all!!! Also, the location is about 15km from central Mumbai which was not convenient for a visitor.

The front of the hotel was respectable and the staff were really helpful in giving us directions and information.The foyer is quite smart but unfortunately the rooms were terrible for how much we actually paid. We had light fittings hanging from the ceiling, stained walls, it is not like the photo's that we viewed on hostel world. We stayed one night, and i woudn't have stayed another one, purely due to the state of the room. It is also massivley overpriced.
