Upon checking out, my dormmate (who was promised by an employee to have a refund of some sort), was denied said refund after all. It was 40 minutes of waiting at checkout to find out if she was going to get her room night back. The fact that they made us wait these 40 minutes to finally be told NO ...... was unacceptable. Upon my return to Mumbai in a month i will NOT be staying at this location and absolutely do NOT recommend it to anyone. I used the female dorm with modern bunkbeds, clean bed sheets & towels. aircondition and ceiling fun and a proper functioning shower bath room. The staff was very helpful regarding information and further travel arrangements. The restaurant service was very plesant and the choice of food was very plentyful & good! Thank you for making my first days in India so welcoming. 3rd time in a year I stayed there and enjoyed it ! Fantastic deal for Bombay ! The newly renovated rooms are very fresh. Its hope skip and jump to the railway station , Linking road shopping area and the famous Juhu beach – I took auto rickshaw everywhere or the train . The Hotel’s newly opened Pub –The Twister is great fun. A guy named Clyde bakes fabulous cakes and cookies.The 3rd Bistro coffee shop serves amazing coffee.
