Lovely, friendly and generous staff. Always very approachable and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Such as they were willing to share their local knowledge and made us feel at home. The hotel was very clean and there is also a free pick up from the train station if you book. Slightly further from the lake than others, but would definitely recommend this hotel!
