The Hotel San Roque is called so, because we are adjacent to the Church of San Roque. We are located in the neighborhood of Gethsemane in the heart of the ancient city of Cartagena de Indias.
We have a great location surrounded by walls and only 4 blocks from the Centre and Clock Tower, three blocks from the Castillo San Felipe, near the Zona Rosa (bars and restaurants), Museums, Parks, Churches, Malls, Beaches and other tourist sites of interest.

It took them a while to check us in, which pretty much delayed our entire afternoon of siteseeing. They didnt know if we had a room with air conditioning or not, so we had to go onto hostelworld.com and show them that the room we paid for included AC. Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and in a pretty good location. The breakfast was unhealthy and fried, no fruit.
