The bathrooms were not as clean as I would expect. The hostel has no common area

It's not quite a hostel it really is just like a bed and bathroom because there really isn't any interaction with other people unless they are in your room. Apart from that though the bathroom was always clean and spacious, there were 3 so were generally free, you don't receive a room key, there's no locker to put your bag and the rooms were hotter than anything because there was no AC or fan which was quite rough before the price. The location was the real winner for me

Good situation in the city

Nice, cosy place to stay at a fine location. Very good quality-price ratio.

The arrival time in the hostel was 10am. By the moment we arrived the room was not available. The room booked was a double bed - and we got a two single bed. To get a room with two beds we had to switch room from one day to another (checking out and in again every day or our stay). On top of this there was NO hot water in two days in the hotel and notwithstanding our complaints the hotel manager did not offer any discount for the lack of service. Dreadful.

Great location but you really get cheap hotel standards - terrible shower, poor security (the door didn't close properly and no lock), and no atmosphere. However, only 10 minutes from station, reasonably clean and great view. .

If your wanting the traditional hostel feel, then this isn't the place for you. I've stayed in some great places but for my trip to Milan, this is what I needed. A room with two beds and a private shower and bathroom. It wasn't really close to anything, but for the price you can't pass this place up. Rightacross the road is a small store to get some food and some wine. A pizza shop right around the corner. And the metro stop is right doe. The road about half a block. Great place for a stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Not exactly a place for meeting fellow backpackers, but the place served it's purpose. Wifi worked well, clean & hot showers. No place to lock you bags. Easy to find from the station.
