Great little hotel. The staff are very friendly and the the hotel is at a good location. The only down side was they don't have many facilities, we had to borrow the iron

One of the women there was super rude and unaccommodating, and this place is incredibly dismal looking.

It is ok for one night stay. It feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. It is allowed to smoke in the rooms, so keep in mind if you are a non-smoker.

This is a clean, plain hostel. We were two 21 y/o girls traveling together. I wish we had requested a female only room, as this is not a youth hostel and we shared a room with 2 rather strange older men (our fault, not the hostels.) There is no communal kitchen or true common area. The hotel (hostel?) served its purpose, but it certainly didn't wow. There are only 2 toilets/showers for the entire hotel.

I stayed there only for a night. I was in a room with three other people, the bed was confortable. I came late from a party at night and they opend me with no troble (twice because i forgot something). You don't have the key of your room if you're sharing it, but the recepionist said that if a have something important i could leave it at the reception. The hotel (more a hostel) is lead by Chineses.

The worst dorm in the 15 hostels I've stayed in Italy. I strongly don't recommand this place to GIRLs. They allow smooking in the rooms and toliets, so the space smell like hell for people who hate smooking. IF U STAY IN DORMS, THEY OFFER U NO KEY AT ALL!!! Anybody can come in when you're sleeping. A man never go to sleep before 3 a.m. literally LIVE in the dorm. Also, the heat may went out in the night, cause they don't have spare blankets, they just say sorry and leave you forzen to death.

Good place to stay for a night, just simple, basic and clean. Fairly well located, 10 minutes from the central station and close to metro. Open 24 hours which is really convenient if you're arriving late or leaving early. They have drinks and things for sale in the lobby, there are also several pizzerias, restaurants and a supermarket just outside the door. The wifi was excellent.

I stayed in a 4 person dorm. Reception was nice - she gave me a map and showed me all the major places in Milan. She also recommended an sushi place where you can eat as much as you want for 8 euro (greatest thing ever - do it!). If you're in the dorm, you don't have lockers, but they keep your bag in their back room and I had nothing taken. They also give you a towel, which is great. The wifi is also great and accessible. I will say that my mattress sunk in so it wasn't easy on my back.

The location is very convenient for traveller to find, and the staff there is in great hospitality. I will live there again if I go to Milan again. And the staff will suggest you the place for fun to visit as well as point out the address, and tell you how to reach there. Great there!!

Great location. Chinese run hotel. Clean room. Questionable security during nights. Personally did not sleep well due to other customer snoring loudly but that's unfortunate, is all.

Nice and clean. The running water in the closet needs to be checked. The temperature of the shower could be better. Furthermore I booded another stay at the hostel just yesterday evening. Kind regards Hellen Doorn

This Hostel was not a good place. Only thing good about this place is its location otherwise ... Not worth it. If you plan on just using this place to sleep then its location might make it worth it.

This place was absolutely horrible. They wouldn't give me my money back even after I told them I felt unsafe and would like to move elsewhere.

We did not enjoy our stay here, the staff were disorganised- didn't seem to know what they were doing upon our arrival. The beds had been cleaned but I found a two week old meat sandwich rotting in the drawer and the last people's rubbish strewn around the room. Plus as two young girls travelling we felt very insecure put with two older men with no lock on our door and having random people (hopefully members of the staff) walking in at 4am "just to look." Cheap but scary for young travellers.

There was only one key for the door of the dorm and practically the door was open 24/7. There was not any lockers for customers. It was not mentioned in the HostelWorld presentation.
