realy good hotel, the only bad is that when we did the check out they keep put bags just for a certain time and when we arrive to pick them up the girl in the front desk insinuate that we must leave the hostel even our train was a couple of hours later.

Hotel was in a decent location and pretty easy to find from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful and let us keep our bags in a luggage room after check out. They do not give you keys for the rooms.

The staff is really great! My shuttle to the airport was leaving at 3h in the morning and i had no room booked for the last night, but they let me stay there in the common room from 0h until the time of my shuttle so I wouldn't stay out in the street with my bag at night. And talking about bags they stored my bag while I was out the whole day!

In general the place was kept clean and it was quiet. The atmosphere was rather poor: no common room, no kitchen, just a place to have a sleep. The location was ok ~15 minutes walk from central station. Remarks: you don't get your own key to the room, you have to leave it at the reception, coming out/ back to the hostel at night can be risky, as you door and elevator must be opened by staff who might be sleeping.

So strange, my dorm room didn't come with a key because the door didn't lock. It was fine because it was right next to reception, but so glad I was only staying as a stopover between my flight coming in and my train leaving. Wouldn't leave my stuff there all day. Staff didn't say much, but there is a FANTASTIC pizzeria across the road. It's walking distance to the train station, but be careful coz my friend nearly got mugged taking money out of the ATM across the road @ nite. Good wifi

The staff were quite nice and helpful. When I arrived I asked if possible to change my shared bedroom to a private one and they were Ok with this and made me a small discount on the final price. Very nice location near the subway and 15/20 min. walk to city center. Don't expect something fancy... small rooms and poor environment/decoration, but good value for the price. My room and bathrooms were always very clean.

I liked the place, very communicative, near to underground station. During our stay the weather wasn't very warm but the staff put the heating on in our room. The only thing that bothered us was the tram which was passing below our window during the night. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the place!

I paid for a private room but it was quite loud. This was more like a budget hotel since there was no common area, kitchen, etc. Next time if I am in Milan I will probably pay for a hostel to have the amenities that usually come with them. Wifi also didn't work in my room. Had to sit at a table in the hallway to get anything done on the internet.

Overall, the stay was great! The staff was friendly, and even upgraded our room for free (from shared bathroom to private bathroom)! The room was very clean and quiet. The only problem we had, although it was kind of a big problem, was the mattress. The mattress springs were digging into my body all night, even causing my arm to fall asleep several times. Difficult to sleep comfortably. But, for the price, location, friendliness, and cleanliness, it was worth it. Definitely recommended!

We stayed in a 4 bedroom private room and we were very pleased with the staff and the facilities. While the beds werent overly comfortable we appreciated the clean linens and towels that were provided. It was nice to have a nice hot, functioning shower and the staff was also kind enough to provide an extra matress and linens for our 5th guest to sleep on our floor when the rest of the hotel was full.

I was on the dorm room, which really was a shared private in a way. There is a sink and a bidet in the room so you dont have to go to one of the three bathrooms down the hall. Atmosphere was quiet and was a bit strange for me at first. They knew english and italian which suited me well as I can speak both. Were very kind and comprehensive on my situation; let me had a luggage stored for me for longer time than usual due to that I was leaving late that day. Near a metro station, well located.
