I was disgusted at the way we where treated by this hostel. Panama had road blocks for a week and we where stuck in transit for 2 days... we flew to panama city (finally) I had emailed and called to advise we would be late. Once we arrived at 9pm we where advised our room was given away. I asked for the deposit back... i was informed i never paid a deposit (this is false as i obviously paid on hostel world) This place is in the ghetto and they basically kicked us in to the street...
