It's a budget hotel. Acceptably clean, and decent room service, but no character. Near the airport, so it takes a bit of money to get to the areas of the city that you want to visit.

A friend and I stayed at Sapphire for 3 days and had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of India. It was very clea ad quiet and was by far the most comfortable hostel we stayed at in India.

Staff was very helpful and as reception was always manned we felt quite safe and didn't worry about our stuff in the room

From the outside it looks like a small shady hotel, but once inside its clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little small, but they have everything you need.. Tv, hot shower, ac.. Food service is also good. Staff is also friendly. For Mumbai, one of the best hotels for this price :)

It's one of the most affordable guest houses in bombay, and it's pretty decent too. the staffs are really helpful -- with their free pick up services from the airport, and also got us autos whenever we needed asap.

Hostel near the airport. Our driver had big problems with locating the hostel. Rooms clean, staff helpful and friendly.
