The woman who ran the place was very friendly. The rooms were a little drab, but the location is fantastic--within walking distance of all of the major sights. It was very warm, and when an issue arose with the water heater, she was very apologetic and fixed it as quickly as possible. The biggest downside was the noise--there is construction going on across the street, and there were drunk people shouting in the streets at night. Also, it was very bright in the room--thin curtains.
