Location very good for airport, otherwise not much chop. We arrived in the evening and left early morning. Rooms small, bland but clean. ok for 1 night. Free hotel transfer worked very well, however we did have a friend in Japan call and make sure everything was ok because email communication was non-existant. Sent 1 email to change dates however no response. Great if your looking for a cheap bed for a night close to airport.
