A perfect location: just at the corner of the biggest avenue for shopping, less than 10 min walk from central station. A very welcoming staff, most of them speaking french and being very helpful. The only negative point would actually be the room: very clean with its independent bathroom, but very little. Moreover its quite noisy, one can hear anyone walking in the corridor or talking in the neighbouring rooms, which is really annoying for intimacy and rest !

I'm very disappointed. The staff was not friendly at all. Everytime I had a question they behave extremely unfriendly.Especially after I wanted to talk with them about their fault which was a second deduction of another deposit from my credit card (i will contact hostelworld support because if this) the staff was extremely agressive. All in all it was expensive and not satisfying. AND GIVE ATTENTION OF THE BREAKFAST!Theyre charging 15 eu for it!and its really a waste of money!
