The hotel owner was very nice and welcoming. Very helpful in the practical things. The room I stayed in was clean but very small. There's a mini-fridge in the room which is very handy. Some parts of the hotel seem to have been refurbished. In general, it feels like more refurbishment is needed.

Nice and clean hostel with a kind and helpful hotelier. Our radiator didn't work one night, so it was quite cold, but it was fixed the day after. Pretty good location, close to the city center with bus or tube. The rooms were nice, the toilets very clean and the showers were great (a rarity in London, in my experience).

I had a fantastic time staying in this cute hotel. The hostess/owner is just wonderful and very attentive to your all needs. Although there is no breakfast served, there are great cafes and restaurants just across the street to eat and everything you need in the room. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very good value. Clean, comfortable, helpful owner. A bit noisy (my room was at the front of the house), but then it is in Central London! Otherwise good. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Sergul for 2 nights. I had a warmth welcom from Mara, she explained me how better to get to the city by bus and gave me some advicies about London as well. The hotel is located 10 min walk from station Hammersmith. The room was very clean, internet access and TV is available. Very quite in hotel. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for the short trip to London!

This was my second stay at the Sergul and I'm still very happy with it. The owner is lovely and considerate of guests and the room was clean and comfortable. The ensuite was spotless and seemed quite new. I particularly appreciate the provision of a small fridge and basic cutlery and crockery. The price is exellent, given the location. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely time here. I arrived one week earlier and Miss Mara was able to accommodate me in a double room for a few days before moving me to my single room. The bathroom was kinda tiny, but very clean and new. Room was new, clean, comfortable. Location is very nice, close to tube stations on the central and on the piccadilly/district/hammersmith lines.
