Not a fan of Osaka and this area compared with the rest of Japan. Streets are not kept clean, and lots of strange people hanging around. Young guy at reception was very rude, just wanted to play on his PSP. Send us to two seperate rooms instead of a double. Rooms had a big gap at the top, so security was the worst we've seen. Had to get out of there a.s.a.p the next day. Capsule hotel done - never again! Nice idea with all you need in a box but could be done a lot better.

I had booked 2 days ago b4 arrival & yet they still didn't have my booking. Instructions given on how 2get there were wrong. Once out of Dobutsuen Mae station (red/Midosuji line) it says to turn west -which unless you have a compass on you, most ppl wld assume this means left, but actually it's RIGHT. No smoking lobby area, more than 2 private showers, more English speaking staff, (2 staff, 1 was not v polite while the other was OK) and a better social atmosphere wld improve this place.

Pricey, a nice spa and really nice (but not English speaking) staff. The location isn't the best with many people living on the street nearby, but the subway is quite near and it's "just" a 20 minute walk to the Tennoji area. The supermarket 2 minutes away is pretty cheap too. On the other hand it lacks of WiFi connection (just one computer in the lobby, and one LAN cable in the 3rd), ACs in every room and the sheets were a little smelly. I also encountered a cockroach on my way up to the spa.
