We stayed at hotel Siena already for the second time. Our first time two years ago was fine so we expected the same also this time. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. The breakfast was really poor in comparison with our last stay. There was probably just one hair dryer in the whole hotel because when we asked for it we were told that it was borrowed. Moreover during the night there was quite a lot of noise. The staff doesn´t smile much at you.Despite a great location we won´t come back.

The staff seemed to be always in a bad humor, their English was poor and the corridors were quite noisy during day or night. The bath place was located higher than the room and whenever the shower was one, there was always water everywhere. The floor was made of ceramics, so imagine how cold it will be during winter? I was there in spring and it was very cold and the heater was off. The bed was also uncomfortable and noisy. The towels had a weird smell of cleaning products.

The location of the hostel is not as it says it was a 15/20 minute walk from the central train stationOn arrival the staff @reception decided to have a conversation on the phone while leaving us standing there and offered no help to carry our bags up the stairs. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was dated with old furinture and the bathroom was tiny.

Excellent value for money. I reserved a single room with shared bathroom and I was happily surprised when I found out that I had a shower and a basin in my room. Room is cleaned and towels are changed everyday, and you also get a good free breakfast (coffee is excellent by the way). Indeed, it's a cheap Hotel, not a Hostel. I would gladly come back.

No wifi, cold rooms. They did give us new towels and clean our room even though we only stayed two nights. Reception is 24 hours which is a plus, but the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in every other room in the building.

Room was equipped well, room was dark , Also sleepless night because my room was just outside a Tram stop. Its very close to the Central station which is good. Found the Staff very RUDE sometimes. Silly little things. I had to ask about the details for breakfast twice and got looks that could kill when i did. I had to ask about checkout. Usual I'm told about all these things as i check in. AND BAD BED BUGS!!! a cheap stay.
