I had to threaten to leave before I had my shower was repaired. They do serve breakfast but is not good value for money. I used the Pumpernickle Bakery for my meals. And then they charge 500 INS service charge which is not mentioned on HoetelWorld.

Supposed Hot water showers dont' work, no light in the bathroom, holes in bedsheets (like mice have chewed through it), as per most of kathmandu, electricity is off till about 7pm and cuts off at 3am, door did not really lock well, windows did no close and there was a balcony outside that could be accessed by a communal door (not in my room). The staff tried to put me in a dorm despite the fact i booked and paid a deposit for a double room, so they had to put me up next doors.
