One day after reservation I called to ask about payment and it occured that my reservation is cancelled. Noone called me before with this issue and not proposed different rooms or dates. They didn't pick up the phone and didn't answer emails. The staff was angry with me and tried to lie that they don't have confirmation, but they got at the same moment as I got (hostelworld confirmed that they had). Issue was solved by Hostelworld customer service. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone.
