I went to Sotavento for the last Chismas and I am very desapointed. The staff of the reception its really poor, i had an emergency and they never trie to help me, they prefere to ignore me. The clean of the room its poor too, they came justo 2 times in a week to clean and didnt change the towels. I really love Cancun, pero i am no going to came back on that place ever. The food of the restaurant is good, and the swimingpool its very small.
