Is in the hotel zone so added security, but no beach to go swimming in. There is a pool but not very clean. Breakfast is decent, and the rooms are hotel rooms not hostel so pretty clean overall and ac. no fridges though, but maybe ask the staff to store your food.

Nice and comfortable place if you want to take distance and relax from the heat of the Hotel Zone, but still near it as well short way to the city. Hotel it self is nice, clean, and offers bar/restaurant, pool area. Also tours available.

The Sotovento was luxurious for a hostel, it was a hotel. The rooms designated for hostel use are for only 4 people, and I was the only one there. There are no lockers but each room has a small safe. For my second and third nights I was moved into a regular hotel room at no additional fee. It is an amazing place with good food. The only "negative" aspect is that it is a hotel and guests are not nearly as sociable as in a regular hostel.
