Just stayed one night but it was ok. Small bedroom and bathroom, everything seemed a bit old.

The rooms are really small and look kind of old.

The hotel is located close to the station, a 20 min walk to the city centre. Breakfast is expensive, but there is a large spread. Biggest problem is how clean the rooms are... the beds have fresh linen and the bathroom is clean, but everything else hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Biggest problem is people have smoked in the room and so the room reeks of smoke, so if you suffer allergies DONT stay here, youll end up getting sick like i did... not great being in wine country when you cant smell

Great location! Tram stop literally on the doorstep. Main train St round the corner or walk to city centre in under 20 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. small room not much of a view but great value for money especially for those on a budget.

a pretty basic hotel. bordeaux doesnt really have hostels. the beds were not great though. they have these wooden slats and sopme are missing or they break if you put a bit of weight is a specific area. perhaps that should be looked into. The staff were friendly.

This place is horrible. If you have any sense you will stay far away from this place. I am still waiting for the refund from our first night as the room was filled with ciggerette butts, a bag of someone's dirty clothes, unwashed sheets and a strong smell of urine. This is far and above the worst place I have ever been. Incompitant staff, unfriendly, rude and in serious need of a lesson in hospitaily. I know I should not epect much from a 2 star hotel but this was terrible.

The place was quite dirty. Our room wasn't cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We found crackers beneath the bed, and the floor was dirty. The receptionist spoke no english and was not friendly at all. Our visas would not work with their machines so we were forced to pay cash even though they said we could pay visa.

Location is good, but the window didn't open properly in my room, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned for the 48 hours I was there; the combination of these two things made the room feel quite unpleasant. Not really worth €50 a night.

bathroom is a bit small, otherwise room is good and clean. Good location - right near station and right in front of station for a simple tram ride into the city centre. Only bad this is for a single traveler it is quite expensive (need to book for 2 people).
