Even though this place is right next to the train station, the neighborhood is not safe whatsoever. We selected a two person room and only got 1 bed; which was unclear when booking the place. Everything is quite small and unclean, especially for the price, definitely not worth the money for how little you get. If you only need a place to stay for one night, then this place is fine, if you're staying more than one night, find a new place.
the room was tiny, so was the bathroom. The handle of the shower was attached to the sink (which was about one meter away) so I had to grab the curtain while I was taking a shower to avoid the water soaked everything. The decoration was based on a ship. Me and my mate were joking about a shipwreck experience in the bathroom after the shower. The location was a bit far from the downtown. Definetely not the best "quartier" of Bourdeaux, but actually none on the nearness of the main station is.
Décor is a little outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.
I booked a double bed got a twin room fine I suppose if you're staying overnight between trains but otherwise wouldnt stay here Not worth the money really, I would only go back if it was my last option
Perfect for my one night in Bordeaux. The right price and provided everything I needed.
What you would expect from any hotel, not a great value but not many cheap options in Bordeax. location is 15 min away from center and wifi is not in rooms. Must pick up and drop off room key whenever you leave which is kinda a bummer
Disappointing stay.. The smell was repulsive, it was small, the floor dirty and we had BED BUGS in the bed! When we asked for a recompensation we were just given a new room.. All in all a bad experience.
You had to leave your room key at reception and then when you returned could ask for anyone's room key back, did not feel very secure. Room was tiny, could fit a double bed with no floor space not even room for our bags and the shower had to be attached to the sink so you couldn't close the curtain which ment that the whole bathroom became a shower.
Wasn't too happy with this booking as I ordered a double bed but got 2 single beds. I showed the staff member my booking details which said double bed and he just laughed and said "not possible". We have none left. Unlucky I guess. Not my fault your not on top of your bookings. My advice to others is dont check in after 9pm if you want what you purchased.

I stayed here for one night with my wife before flying out the next day. the room was clean and quiet, we always sleep with earplugs though, it's more like a hotel. I'd stay again.
Pros: The staff were friendly and there was a good selection of food at breakfast (cereal, yoghurt, cheese, croissants, eggs), tram stop was right outside and very close to train station Cons: The room smelt like a teenage boy's room. The bathroom was like something out of a submarine. Wifi only available in foyer and VERY slow. Overall: good value for money. Tidy but not very pleasant rooms.
