My stay at this hostel was very uncomfortable. We booked a "double" room which were two single beds pushed together on two planks of wood. This was very dangerous as the planks kept falling out as I got on the bed. Everytine we left the hostel we had to give back our key when we would return our things would be moved, touched and everything was out of place. When we tried not to give our key we were chased and yelled at in the parking lot. The room was so tiny our suitcases did not fit.

Incredibly far from anything but close to a nice American themed restaurant and 2 min from the bus stop and an Aldi. Very small rooms but it's enough for a short comfortable stay. No major complains it was alright.

The staff member working on July 3rd was terribly rude. He was very unprofessional and indulged himself by taking his frustrations out on us.

They did not have our reservation on file. The shower was broken and unusable. The location was very far from anything.

Perfect if you passing Bordeaux by car.

The hotel is old and out dated, really needs to be renovated, the carpets are stained and woren. The walls also where marked and stained. The location is outside of town and cost 35euro to get from the train station by taxi (though you can take a bus) when I was there the bus I was told to take was not running so I had to switch bus to tram to get to the city centre. There are very limited choices of where to eat near the hotel and there is no place to buy coffee I didn't get the hotel breakast
