For the price it's a good deal for two people because you can split the price. Unfortunately Lille doesn't have any youth hostels, but this worked well with free wi-fi and being 6 metro stops from the center of the city. However, breakfast isn't provided so you're better off going to the grocery store at the commercial center a few hundred meters away.

I found it just as I aspected. Only one aspect needs attention: the entrance to the parking lot: no sign with "entrance" and a difficult systeem to the the lobby to open the gate An instruction on the site would help.
