Ok not awesome. Don't get the breakfast. You can get better in the city for the same amount of cash.

Don't stay here. This place is terrible value for money. If you spend 10 euros more you can have a hotel that is not disgusting and dirty.

It was quite far from the city center, but the room was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had really good water pressure. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. The wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, but it does in the common area, so it's not a huge inconvenience.

Not hostel in a fact, just a kind of a motel in outskirts of the city. Would not recommend you to think over staying at that place.

Very very small not much clean room. Very small bathroom - quite dirty. Very cheap but if I can choose, next time I will stay in another hotel. Not satisfied.

Think this property is comperable to a VERY budget hotel/motel in the states. Not awful but certainly not warm and friendly. If you are simply looking for a hotel bed to sleep in this property is ok. The location is nice as it is close to both the train station and the historical center of town. Bottom line is the place is relatively clean, the had good internet access if you are depending on that for travel planning.

The hotel looked very old. We killed several large spiders in our room. Our maid told us she was going to make our beds, and we were asked to leave our key at the reception desk and we got back to the hotel seven hours later and our room wasn't touched. The shower head was broken and water soaked all over the floor. They did have cable tv which was awesome. The hotel is located VERY far from the city. There are busses, though.

Quite far from city centre, but only few steps from bus stop. Very clean and neat place, perfect low cost accomodation

Not bad to save some cash, just a place to sleep though. Staff is friendly and helpful, toilets are a minus because the water from the shower comes from the same tap as for the washbasin. So, everything gets wet quite easily...

Good hotel for one or two nights. Enough parking places. Wi-fi accessible only in dining room.

The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. The place was fairly quite and was ok as rest stop for a night.

Located to the south of town centre,. There are some places to eat nearby and the staff were very friendly. Free WIFI too. Would probably only stay there if you have your own vehicle.

It is a bit noisy in that location, but staff were great and spoke english. Breakfast was good.

Welcome was uninspiring. No city map available from reception Buses finish at 21:00 returning from city, so unless you have a car, very poor location. We did have a ccar, so it wasn't a problem, but lacked character. Backpackers, you could stay cheaper at a hotel in city

way too far out.

Perfect for somebody passing through the city, or if you have a car. The hostel was more of a motel just outside the city, but was perfectly comfortable for what we wanted. I wouldn't recommend it as somewhere to stay on a city break, when it's ideal to be in the heart of a city, however as somewhere to stay for a brief trip it's great. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our stay was pleasant.

The room was clean and have a complete bathroom and a tv. It was very beautiful decorated, as if it was a boats cabin. In this sense it was really good for its prize. The only issue was that it is not located in Rouen but in Saint Etienne du Rouvray, which is about 3-4 km away from Rouen. It was hard for us to find it, so better take a map before arriving there. But once there, the place is ok for its price.
