very nice hotel super close to the train station, just two a min. walk, which is convenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. The rooms are very nice, though some minor stuff which they could totally fix for a few bucks (our shower was broken and was tied with a rope so it would not fall out of place), and the breakfast was very good as well. The people in reception were very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Would come back!

Staff member on arrival was talking on her mobile & was impatient in dealing with us. Other staff encounter we're helpful. The room was clean & comfortable, but the outlets near beside the bed were falling out of the wall. The shower was a awkward to get set, it would drift between hot & cold. We purchased WIFI access (€5 for 2hr) but could only use it the hallway as there was no reception in the room. Breakfast had a good variety & was well prepared. Close to train & was in a quiet walkway.

I arrived in Venecia about 5 am with my sister, and when we found the hotel (2 min walking from the S. Lucia Train Station) we wouldn't be able to be in the Comun area. The guy who attend us told that the manager said so. It was 5 am, it was cold and we didn't have place to stay. It was such a disrespect. We didn't wanted to go to the room. Only be in a cozy place. The wifi is paid and pretty bad. The location in great and when we check out, they gave us breakfast (it was 5 am as well).
