A good place to stay in agra as was very close to the Taj east gate. There are amazing views of the taj from the rooftop restaraunt. Room was clean and well presented however shower was slightly broken although worked okay! The internet also failed to work during our stay! Despite this i would advise staying here as the location is so good also close to the ticket office where you also get a free ride to the entrance of the taj from!

Hotel was clean and a good location from the Taj mahal. The only thing with the hotel is make sure in the winter that you book a room with heating as Agra get very cold at night.

Great location, walking distance to the Taj, internet/business center, and a fantastic restaurant (try the butter chicken). Service was just okay.

Wonderful location, couldn't have asked for better. The roof top breakfast and hazy view of the Taj was terrific.

NIce hotel with a great view of the Taj from their roof top outdoor restaurant. Internet access available. Staff were helpful, reasonable place to stay while in Agra.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food wasn't the best we have had but far from the worst. Excellent view of the Taj from the rooftop restaurant. Only a 5 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Rooms were clean and bathroom was fine, not sure what other people were complaining about. We had a 9pm night train to catch, so they gave us a room to shower in for free which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place to any budget traveler.

The room was okay; there were cables coming out of the plywood that covered the wall behind the bed. Nice view of the Taj from the window though. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE - the curries were simply awfull and the breakfast was a disaster.

At the time of visiting this hostel was great value for money and we had a great welcome, helpful staff. The room was great and was very impressed with not only the view from the terrace, but the terrace itself and especiialy the food. I wasn't too happy with being demanded a tip from a member of staff for bringing me a towel etc that should have already been in the room.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location, very close to the Taj. But the hotel itself is overpriced for what is offered, this was the worst place in India we stayed at and paying much more than in all other places. The staff received us very unfriendly, it was also the only place were we had to pay the bills before they let us even see the room. Would not recommend anybody to stay here. You can see the Taj from the terrace but I think this is the case for many other hotels too
