Location was good, that's about the only thing. Staff were fairly miserable and not very welcoming. Rooms were VERY small and cramped. Had to pay 5 euros for wifi!! Bathroom facilities ok. If you're looking for just a place to crash and purely for a nights sleep, this is fine. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel to chill out in, do not come here. Overall good value for money for its purpose of our stay.

The shared bathroom smelled bad.... location is just ok, 10min walk to the nearest metro. City map costs 1euro and WIFI costs 5euro. I've stayed at 4 hostels/hotels in Italy and it's the only one charges for map and wireless internet.... :-(

Really cute place. If you can understand that it is one star, it is very good value for money. Lots of character, facilities in the room are very good i.e. TV and phone and wash basin, shared bathrooms kept very clean. Very clean and tidy in general. Handy to metro. Down side is weak wifi connection, quite noisy at night, bed not too comfy and some of the furniture needs a bit of attention. Only one staff member speaks much English. But overall I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was cheaper than most others and was very clean. It's very basic, but a good value. The owners were very helpful.

Staff were friendly, facilities were ok. There was no hot water on the first evening so we had to have a cold shower. Door locks were sometimes tricky to lock and unlock.

A nice enough simple place. The toilets didn't flush properly and there was only one bathroom/toilet on the floor we stayed on.

It was one of the worst hostels I have stayed at. The sheets were all dirty and when I went to go to the bathroom their were used condoms and cigarette butts sitting in the toilet. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke and I couldn\'t seem to air it out.

I was very pleased by the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. It's a nice little place but it can offers you all that you need. No extra money charged.

Nice mini hotel, placed a bit away from the center of Milan - but that's actually on the plus side, because the neighbourhood is filled to brim with cheap pizzerias and bars ;). About ten minutes walk from the Central Station, where the airport buses are stopping, under five minutes to Loreto metro station and Corso Buenos Aires leading to center. Rooms are mostly tidy and Italian ;). Didn't have to pay any hidden costs (bedsheets etc.) ;)

The staff was excellent and really helpful. Once you get used to the metro system it's very easy to get to and around from. It's a nice small place.
