Security - the rooms dont lock and the doors dont close or have giant holes in them! The staff was always arguing with us and created a very uncomfortable, hostile environment. Cleanliness was non-existent. Value for money was good, before they tried to charge us extra in hidden fees, way overpriced food, services they told us were free, guides who tell you the price you were told were actually for only 10 minutes. I would rather have slept in a tent.

Hotel dirty, noisy and unpleasant and arrogant staff. The location is good but at the same price you can find Riad with a much better atmosphere.
when i arrived hotel was full, they had a big group of 45 people. i booked a single room. the staff was discussing for a pretty long while where to put me and then they finally prepared "the room"... it was a little shack with a broken window, mattress and a roll of toilet paper on the floor... looked horrible. so i just left... terrace looked nice.... maybe other rooms are better, but the one i was offered was just a nightmare, so i went to a hotel across the street and got an ok room.
