That hostel was the worst hostel that i have ever stayed . It is not clean and also there were so much humidity in the room. If you have a breathing problem , DO NOT STAY THERE. . Because , My friend was vommitting all night because of bad smell , dirtyness and humidity . Briefly , I dont recommend anyone to stay there . You should look for any other hostel to stay in Fez.

We had a bad experience and we decided to abandon our booking and go somewhere else. What happened was a combination of multiple things: - uninterested staff at arrival - had to search for booking in mail box and prepare a room while we were waiting - noise in hallway at night, neighbourhood felt bit unsafe - except for owner staff did not speak other languages such as French or English - we were dropped in a damp, smelly room no window to exterior, insects - hotel looked shappy in every a

The owner was correct but you havet to bargain with him. The stuff was flexibile and polite but did not speak english: they can change money, store luggage, offer guides....Good Hotel .....we loved it.. Upon arrival they offer you mint tee. Do not be shy to visit the Medina after 8, and to got to the nearest hammam is highly recommendet within 300 meters. Recieve the recommendation the visit the opposit side restaurant. If you have no breakfast do not hesitat to go Teljesen jó és korrekt hotel

It actually was a bit moist in the rooms but if it wouldn't have rained everything would have been fine. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, but they will try to get you to eat at their friend's place across the square, so if you don't want that just tell them. And the terrace was absolutely great...

unpretentious but confortable room, warm water, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfasts on a beautiful terrace. Near Medina, easy to reach by taxi. I spent really good times in!

The room had a crack in the ceiling and leaked water all over the room and onto my friend's suitcase ruining her things. We were refused a refund and the staff was very rude after that.

OK location, staff are pushy and just want to make money, they take you to friends restaurants which are expensive with poor food compared to the rest of Fez, try to sell you expensive tours which can be had for much cheaper elsewhere. No hot water, told them about it and was not rectified. There are other options for Fez accommodation better and cheaper than here.

Lack of hygiene, they did not exchange the sheets of the beds, the bathroom of the room had not been cleaned, had a lot of dog excrements in the area where we had breakfast I talked with other guests and they told me that their bathroom had no hot water and sanitary toilet could not flush. The hotel also have a lot of lack of organization regarding the reservations of the guests. They did not ask our passports, also they didn't know exactly how much we had to pay.

When we booked, it said wed have an ensuite bathroom which was not the case. Apparently none of that type of room have them so its misleading and should be corrected on the website. Room was okay, good size bed. Wifi only works in common areas. Bathroom in rough shape. Staff were very friendly and gave good advice about what to do in Fes.

Broken window at room, easy to get inside the room for thieves. Staff is always willing to help but you find out soon they only want to sell a service.

Hostel located at quiet square near Medina. Overbooking the hostel and arranging rooms which are not the same standard seems common practice, we talked to a lot of guests. We were even brought to a different place! Staff friendly, but really creative when it comes to excuses, even contracting themselves. Life might be like a box of chocolate, you never know what you get; however a hostel booking should not be like that! Avoid this place, review limited to 500 char, infos at sunsgame@web.de.

Great location! Loved how close we were to the Medina and not too far from the new city. The facilities were good - some repairs needed here or there, but the staff was what made this special. Selma and the head water (pardon for me forgetting his name) were absolutely fantastic. Both were more than willing to strike up a conversation and ask how our days were going, what we were planning on doing, and giving us general tips. We'll surely miss them both.

they were really nice to you if you spend all your money to their facilities. for example they behave good if you eat at their restaurant but they directly change their approach if you dont want to spend your money for them. it is a bit weird place. Anyway the hostel was full of authentic stuff and it may be one of the best in Fez! as you dont have so many options. Give a try.

The greatest advantage of this hostel is that it is CHEAP. It's just across the street to Medina and it's approachable by car. No Wifi on a second floor. The building is old and needs renovating so the paint was peeling off of the wall and was on the floor. Mohammed is still telling strange stories, but he was helpful (probably because we already did all the things that he would offer us to do so he didn't have to sell us anything). And the guy in charge of the food is really genuinely nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner is a very sketchy man and we felt so unsafe we slept with our passports under our pillows. The receptionist was vey hostile when we very kindly said we weren't pleased with the accommodations and wanted to leave the next day. We booked 3 mights which was a mistake and paid cash for the first night and as we left we felt threatened by the staff like we shouldn't leave. It was very uncomfortable and tense situation when all we wanted was to go somewhere safe and nice.

Super friendly staff and a hidden gem. It was the middle of December, we reserved a double room with shared bathroom. We got a bathroom of our own and a privat terrace. For a bargain price of 4,5 EUR/person/night. Great location in a great city of Fes.
