I reached and showed them the print-out of my confirmation booking with them done through hostelworld.com and they told me they had no affiliation with hostelworld.com and didn't want to give me a room. i finally managed to convince them to give me a room through my booking, but then, they wanted to charge me more (they wanted to charge me the 12% that hostelword already took from me during my online booking)... i got really angry, and finally they agreed to give me a room at the correct rate
