The staff was terrible. The room was cramped and tiny. The power and water went were off when we checked in and did not come on until an hour later and when we told the staff about it they did not care.

Hotel Tre Archi was a great place to stay in Venice. The only negatives were that it was a little far from all the sites as it is located at the top left of the island. However, the plus side of this is that it is easy walking distance from the train station. The other negative was that the internet was not free. For the price that you pay as it is considered a 3 star hotel the internet should be free in the lobby. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned daily.

You had to pay 1 euro for wifi, the walls are thin and the hot water took a good 10 mins to heat up but the location was great on the riverside, the staff was pleasant enough and the BK was decent. It definitely wasnt to die for but if you want a decent room for a decent price it's definitely something to look into, also there was a 3 euro per person city tax fee upon obtaining the room. So just things to look out for...
