Great place, nice guys, very helpfull! So long as you dont go expecting a high end hotel you will not be dissapointed. I read reviews which said that the hotel was a dissapointment, but these people obvbiously do not understand that a) You get what you pay for and b) not all hotels are like a premier inn.... My expectations were exceeded and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and wife stayed there only one night and its enough to say that i will not be coming there back. Staff was fine, helpful and quite friendly. But hotel itself needs lots to be improved. Our room was quite small, in bathroom hard to turn around, very small. And cleanliness is bellow average. Shower rusty, overall didn't feel clean. Room was located to street direction and couldn't sleep half night as there was always all night something happening, cars, service transport and so on. Very loud!!!

This Hotel is overrated. The location is alright for shoppers, very close to Corso Buenos Aires, but it's about 8-10 metro stations for the sights like Duomo or Porta Venezia. I got a room in a basement, quite damp and with a window to the sidewalk so i had to choose between Tº (no A/C, just a fan) or the noise from the passers by. THe hotel is OK for the milan price range. You do get what you pay for, but by no means it deserves 87% rating.

Things would appear to have dramatically declined since the majority of reviews were posted on this Hostel. The daytime staff are cold towards guests, although the night staff are very friendly & helpful. The shower was almost falling apart, the TV didn't work, plug sockets were, for some reason, wallpapered over, rendering them useless and the reading lights heat so quickly that after 10 minutes of use, my girlfriend was left with a nasty burn on her wrist after catching it. Breakfast is ok.
