the hotel is very ordinary and I think it's because of the friendly staff to make it charming. The wall is very thin so you can hear other room converstaion if they speak loud. Room is pretty small.

The place had a great staff, very helpful and friendly and we had everything we needed right there at the hotel. In more of the outskirts of Milan, more residential than tourist area.
