I would really recommend this hotel to everyone who´s visiting Salzburg and doesn´t look for luxury unified hotels. Vila Turnerwirt has a typical austrian atmosphere (the house was built in 15th century!) and the staff willing to help at any time is just amazing! Also breakfast are great value for money - great thing is, that you can eat products made in Salzburgerland. I just love this place!

Quite old fashioned, but good quality and helpful staff. Was quite a way out of town but transport was excellent so no problem. Room had en-suite and TV, no kitchen or brewing up faclities like in a hostel, breakfast was available for €8 but we didn't try it - cafe across road was cheaper and good for watching the locals (wine at 9.30am anyone?)

This was a Victorian hotel at a hostel price. Free wifi, in-room bathroom and television. It was heaven!

There were no elevator in the building and our room was on the very top floor. We had a very heavy luggage to carry and would be great if there was some facility to help guests with the luggage. The hotel is very close to the bus stop which makes it easy to go to the city.
