this is a small hotel with small well fitted rooms and bathrooms ,the location is great to explore central Barcelona with so much to do and see we spent so little time except to sleep and breakfast all good ,will visit again later this year and shall recomend to to friends

We had a nice stay, the staff is very nice and informative, the restaurant for the included breakfast is wonderful. There are areas in the hotel that need to be repainted so that the place looks cleaner and neater. Our bathrroom was very clean and the bedroom too but looks like the decoration is getting old. However we haad everything we needed, including internet and a computer and we were quite satisfied for the price we paid.

Althought I was prepared for, the noise from the street was among the few very disappointing things at the hotel. I requested for a change it was refused to us and we had to bear it during the whole stay. The sink in the batch was not operating and every time you go to wash your hands the sink became overloaded and full with dirty water. Still, the staff was speaking english and generally they were very kind, the location is excellent.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for three nights. I could say hotel is good for this price. If u need somewhere to sleep not live so its good choice. Our room was on top floor and it was quiet enought even though metro is underneeth building. Room was small but as said enough for spending night. Location excelent therefore i think its good value for money. Our room walls had bit of visible mould and dirt but for us it wasnt issue to stay there. So i would say it would come back there again.

On first arrival, the lobby is alarmingly tiny, and rooms are on the small side, but with modern furnishing, and excellent showers! The included breakfast was very good, considering the room price (I've seen some terrible breakfasts in similarly priced hotels!), and a PC with internet is available. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes' walk from La Rambla - it's my second stay at this hotel, which should say it all! If you don't mind a slightly cramped room, excellent value and location.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to walk in Barcelona and be in the ramblas in few minutes. The price rate is very good and people in the hotel are very nice. Maybe, even if they renewed the hotel some years ago, the quality of some furniture is quite poor .. however if you are looking for a good price rate, perfect location to be in the center and you do not expect to spend your days in the hotel (I guess you are not), then go for it.

I consider that Hotel Urquinaona is a very good place for the price, breakfasts are very good. I found not very nice, they put three beds in a room for two beds, nevertheless my stay with them was great. I would recommend any traveler to stay in this hotel.

Good location. Cleanliness could be better, room had very weird smell. The room was quite small as well.
