The hotel was quite a way out of the center of milan we had to get the metro and then a walk. However the location was ok, not much around just other hotels. We arrived and tried to check in but the lady on the reception didn't speak much English so it was a bit of a struggle but we got there in the end. Room was huge with our own en suite and tv ect very clean.
The place was good for what we needed. We only stayed a couple nights, it's pretty close to metro. It's basic, no air conditioning like most places we have realized but does offer fan which helps. The biggest problem we had was the directions to the place were so bad. The street is actually called something else off the Main Street so definitely google it before you arrive or grab a taxi.
For the money this hostel was pretty good value, if you're on a budget and need somewhere clean to stay, it ticks those boxes. It's quite close to the train station although the train station itself isn't very close to the centre of Milan so everything requires a bit if a walk but it's in a local area and for us served its purpose.

A small hotel and not a hostel -- not a place for socialization, but decent location (5-10min to metro, only a few stops from the main attractions). The staff are nice enough, but speak only very minimal English.
Location was fine, close to metro Loreto. Room was simple but good, everything we needed was there. It was not cleaned very well, the second night we saw that the sheets were just turned over! Breakfast was very simple. Some croissants, jam, honey and chocolate spread, and a coffee/tea/milk machine and orange juice. I did not like it a lot but hey, it's what the Italians have for breakfast.
This was a good all service hotel. Thought it was good value for money. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee. Walking distance from Centrale Station and close to a Metro station too.
Good location, only min walk to Loreto station which is 2 stops from central station. Also lots of Asian owned eats around, which offered good food for cheap. We booked 4 nights but extended our stay. Checked with reception that the price for extra night will be same. He confirmed yes. When we were checking out, other guy tried to charge us €30 more. In the end he checked rates on hostelworld but I was dissappointed at how he handled it, didn't apologize. Weird as staff were helpful until then
