The room was nice. We checked in after midnight and had no problems. The hostel does not have free tea/coffee anymore as their machine is broken and we had to ask the bar across the road for hot water to make tea. The staff were friendly. Its 10min walk from Milan Central Station. There is a pizza place right across the street. We barely stayed in as we wanted to explore the city. Rooms are well cleaned. Internet is 3 euros for the entire time you stay! Very good overall.

Clise to the train station, so perfect for catching early trains. Clean enough. And a good pizza place across the street.

The room was ok and we had shower in our room which I wasn´t counting on it, so a plus point. The location is just excelent. The wi-fi didn´t work in the room and is it not free. The staff wasn´t so helpful, specially the one at night who just spend the whole time I was online on the phone with a friend, not really professional. We asked about a place to eat at 11pm and she said was all closed so we decided to find for ourselves, and just on the corner had a nice pizzeria, not helpful, no map.

Excelent! simply excelent! those people how have anything bad to say are maybe french... :) clean, warm, very polite stuff, good location, good neiborhood etc etc. I recomand it onestly to anybody: family or couple. If you want jacuzzi and gold taps, and to stay in the hotel room in such a beatifull city, go and pay 300 euros per night wherever you want!

Near the central train station, but not the actual center on the city. Only needed for one night to catch an early train, so it was great for that purpose. On our floor the shower was in a shared bathroom but we did have a private toilet and sink in our private double room. 24 hour staff and clean room, but not much to block out noise if there are other guests in the near rooms.

EXTREMLY rude. I have never been treated so poorly by someone as I was treated by the lady at check in. She was VERY disrespectful. Would never recommend this hostel to my worst enemy.

10 min walk from train termini, staff has good english so can give travel advice but theres no kitchen.

The staff was very kind. If you ask them anything, they will help you. One of the best places I have stayed at.

Hotel Valley was OK for the money we paid. We stayed at a 5 bed room. The bathroom was very clean but the floor was a bit dusty but not a big deal. The location is very convenient as it is only a 5 min walk from the central station and another 5 min walk from Loletto metro station. Nearby there are many bars where you can eat brioche and cappuccio for a relatively low price.

Excellent location close to central station. Staff was very helpful. Room was good with private toilet. Definitely recommend this place if you want a cheap place to stay at and you don't have the highest expectations. And to be honest, who spends their time in the hotel if they are in Milan!

it's good enough to stay just one night before you are leving to take a very early train in centrale station. Don't expect more, This is just a one star hostel.

We paid private rooms price for 3 person but we stayed in for 4 persons rooms. and bathroom and toilet dont use. badbadbadbadbadbad realy bad.

The staff here were really uninterested and barely said two words to us. My main annoyance was the foul smell of sewerage that was coming from our bathroom. It was so awful I couldn't use it on some days.
