Location of the hostel is nowhere near where it is marked on the map per the website. However the directions to get there attached to booking reference are quite good. Follow them, especially the part about turning left out of the railway if you use the Fonsny exit.

Good hotel, big bathroom. It doesnt have wifi. Good location just one minute away from the subway. The breakfast was just a piece of bread with a croissant and a cup of coffee.

Overall a decent Hotel, good value for money and convienent location. Free shuttle pickup was good, saved us hassle to find our way in the dark/dodgy area. I understand it is normal that hotels are not equipped with kettles for hot water in Belgium, but it would be much better to at least have a few available from the reception upon request.

Good hotel in a bad location. It's not a nice and secure borought, especially during the night. It offers a shuttle service to go to the city, but only few trips a day. There is a well furnished breakfast in the morning, included in the room price. If you are a grouo of young guys, it is fine for 1-2 night, with a good value for money price.

Isolation wasn't very good so we could hear the noise of the other guests very clearly. A group arriving around 04.30 AM kept us awake for about an hour, that was a shame.

This hotel is very nice. It doesn't matter that the furniture is old, or the rooms are a bit old too. Important is the bed clean, the bathroom with everything you need and the place where is situated. Big part of the staff is very friendly, they chance the towels and the sheets every day and the breakfast included helps much in the morning. The parking is not free, but the price ie very reasonable if you compare with other cities in Europe. I would definitely stay here when I will return.

Möblierung des Zimmers sehr alt und abgenutzt, das Zimmer hat eigenartiger Geruch, und bedarf Anstrich, das Frühstück enspricht dem Jugendherberger, die Strße ist unsauber. die einzige gute Sache ist, dass Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums.

Good value for your money. Van Belle's character is the Belgian feel at it's best. Location is excellent; close to the railway station and only a fifteen minutes walk away from Grand Place. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful. We 'll definitely choose Van Belle again!

Really happy with my stay. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and the location was not too far out. Great value for money. My only complaint would be you need to pay €5 for the WIFi (48 hours access).I felt like I has slipped back in time to 2002.

Decent hotel/hostel, with small rooms but lovely beds. The room was kept clean and tidy every day. The breakfast was very simple, point for improvement. The neighbourhood is not the best, but it lies in walking distance from the center.

they should not behave like this with hostel world customer. they changed our room from double to twin and too bad.
