It was a comfortable, pleasant experience. Maintenance -- the crack in the tile floor on the stairs leading to the elevator could be repaired. I was not informed that the breakfast would cost extra. My husband made the reservation for me, so I was unaware I would be charged a fairly substantial amount for the breakfasts. Other than that, I was pleased with the courteous staff and our overall experience.

You really can't ask for a better location--right near the main station and at the gateway to some of best spots in the city. There is a 24 hr. desk person so it feels very secure (I wasn't worried about crime in Strasbourg anyway). The rooms are small, but comfortable. The bathrooms are adequate, but I agree with some other posts that they look like something you'd find in an airplane. Still, it's a nice place, especially if you intend to spend most of your time out on the town. Have fun!

I thought the staff were outstanding-very kind and helpful.They helped me places in Strasbourg and helped me try to catch a late flight. They couldn,t have been any nicer.

The location of this hotel was great; a five minute walk from the train station and seven minutes from the cathedral. The staff was really friendly and helped us out numerous times. It was a nice change from a hostel to have someone come in while we were out for the day to make our beds and clean our room. Overall, great place to stay.

the double room is not the real double room ,it has just 2 beds combined together, like a twin room, which disappoints me.

Quite expensive for what it was... But realy nice location.
