The soundproofing in this place is terrible. The location is easy to get to and a short drive to St. Francis. It is also a two block walk to Santa Maria della Angeli. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, with free private parking. But don't expect to get a lot of sleep.

This place was VERY clean.Lovely garden to sit in to.Owner had NO English but the manager was an English woman who was excellent. Best breakfast. No air con but fan was really good.
