FACTS: Place is not located in Alajuela but outside (don't trust Google maps!), directly between the Panamerican Highway and a busy street, so extremely noisy. Complaints regarding these will be declined by staff. Room changes for Hostelworld guests due to this accordingly not possible, the staff will rather lie to you that the place is booked out and try to send you to another hotel (an offer you should accept). No pizza if not ordered beforehand. No hot water. Ants in the rooms which bite.
