Hotel is in a good location close to main train station and local bus terminus. Within easy walking distance of main attractions. Staff are very courteous and welcoming. Hotel facilities are good, with an old world atmosphere. Very clean. Would stay there again.

It was the most expensive place on my recent trip in europe and the after difficulty finding the hotel which altough close to the train station is tucked away so be careful when looking for it. One of the entrances was lift open all night and anyone could walk in through there without reception seeing. It was quite a noisy hotel but after i complained they did to be fair go to the rooms that were making the noise. Internet facilities could have been better. A good breakfast. Genoa is not good

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend it!

Very friendly and helpfull staff always greeting you with a smile. Excellent location if coming with train to Principe. Breakfast is like always in Italy with more sweat things than healthy food providing a good start of the day! Rooms 100% clean.

Wanted a quiet place to stay near to the centre and it was exactly that. Felt safe and comfortable and the room was quiet

I stayed here twice... excellent service, great buffet breakfast, handy location for the main train station, rooms were quiet despite the location, very clean... basically, a great value hotel.

clearly not the best part of town. but this place more than suffices. the staff is very helpful and seem to care about their place. shower is a little difficult, and perhaps AC is a little weak. breakfast was the best we had in 14 hostel/hotels around 5 european countries.
