Some of the staff were very good and helpful, others had no interest in there work. Our bedroom and bathroom were never cleaned for the week of our stay. The hotel needs a good cleaning and staff training.

There were bed bugs in our room. When we tried to he a refund, they refused. Hen we tried to get a new ro they refused as well. It was the worst night of my life sleeping on the bathroom floor tryin to get away from bed bugs. Terrible.

The hostel is very well located, near restaurants, cafés, supermarket and two subway stations. There's no refrigerator, room is a bit dark and the water takes a bit long to get warm. It's a good value for money but may not be the best choice for long stays.

We had a room for two people. The room was small, but everything you need is there: double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. And we got clean towels every day 😊 The staff was overall friendly, they looked up things for us on the internet and they were very helpful.

We had a fantatic time here and would definately book again. It was basic but we expected that from the price we paid - so have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised by the space in the room and the location was perfect.

We stayed here for a short trip. It was ok, but not more. I think nobody ever vacuumcleand the room... To find a place to park is really hard and expensive. The only benefit is the location: it's really nice to walk around, have a coffee and lunch or dinner for a better price then in the centre.

Very cramped, had to climb 6 floors to our apartment because the lift sounded really dodgy and only fit two people. Was in quite a bad area and walked past many families living on mattresses, very hard to get to the center without a metro card which was extra money. Wifi was 5euro for a day which seemed very overpriced ( I fell ill on the trip so had to pay it to contact home).

Good points: hotel is convenient, easy to access. Staff was helpful. Bad points: there were bed bugs in all three of our beds. I think that should deter anyone from staying here. Also, you have to pay for wifi use. You're better staying off at Hotel Maubeuge Gard du Nord which was our previous hotel in Paris. Wifi is free and rooms are clean and awesome.
