first of all, the arcitecture of the builing is horribile. first thing you have to do when you enter, is to carry all your luggage some stairs up to the reception. then you have to carry them some more floors further to your room. parts of our room were partially broken. things which would take about 10 minutes to fix (like the broken doors of the cupboards). the shower was leaking and worst of all: there were fungi at the ceiling above the shower! this could even have legal consequences!
