Novice Nomad (1)

The hotel website provides the wrong time schedule for the free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel. Also, I have e-mailed to them about time schedule but there is no reply. When I reach there, I need to wait for an hour for the bus. Moreover, the room provided is smell of cigarette although requested for non-smoking room. The room provided the spray which doesn't help to chase away the smell.
